1. YUM BAKER PRIVACY POLICY
   • By continuing to use and access the Yum Baker Website you ("the User") consent to the use of and collection of your information in accordance with Yum Baker’s privacy and cookie policy set out in this document.
   • "Personal Information" means information relating to an identifiable, living, natural person, and where it is applicable, an identifiable, existing juristic person, and may include the following:
     • information relating to the race, gender, sex, pregnancy, marital status, national, ethnic or social origin, colour, sexual orientation, age, physical or mental health, well-being, disability, religion, conscience, belief, culture, language and birth of the person;
     • information relating to the education or the medical, financial, criminal or employment history of the person;
     • any identifying number, symbol, e-mail address, physical address, telephone number, location information, online identifier or other particular assignment to the person;
     • the biometric information of the person;
     • the personal opinions, views or preferences of the person;
     • correspondence sent by the person that is implicitly or explicitly of a private or confidential nature or further correspondence that would reveal the contents of the original correspondence;
     • the views or opinions of another individual about the person; and
     • the name of the person if it appears with other personal information relating to the person or if the disclosure of the name itself would reveal information about the person.
   • Both individuals and companies are included in the ambit of "Personal Information".
   • It is not Personal Information if the information is already in the public domain or is not used, or intended to be used, in trade or commerce.
   • The User ("Discloser") consents to the processing by Yum Baker ("Responsible Party"), and any third party on behalf of the Responsible Party, in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013, as amended from time to time ("POPIA"), of Personal Information of the Discloser, and all Personal Information of third parties furnished by the Discloser to the Responsible Party, to enable the Responsible Party to efficiently operate the Yum Baker Website.
   • The Discloser warrants that all Personal Information furnished by the Discloser is strictly necessary for the compliance by the Responsible Party of its contractual obligations to the Discloser.
   • The Discloser warrants that the Discloser has obtained the consent, in accordance with POPIA, to the processing by the Responsible Party of any Personal Information of third parties furnished by the Discloser to the Responsible Party.
   • Yum Baker collects personal information from the User in the following instances:
     • The Yum Baker Website will request the User to allow the Yum Baker Website to access the User's location;
     • Where the User provides Personal Information to Yum Baker in communications with Yum Baker;
     • Where the User completes the form on the contact us page of the Yum Baker Website; and
     • Where the User enters into any promotion run by Yum Baker, the User will be required to furnish Yum Baker with Personal Information.
   • Yum Baker will use the User’s information to:
     • follow up regarding queries made by the User;
     • improve on its product/service offering;
     • provide the User with a quotation for the products offered by Yum Baker;
     • establish whether a user is an existing customer; and
     • prevent and detect criminal activity, misuse, and abuse of the Yum Baker Website.
   • Yum Baker will retain the records of the User's Personal Information:
     • For a maximum period of 3 years in the event that the User is not a customer; or
     • For a maximum period of 3 years after the User has ceased to be a customer.
   • The time periods for which Yum Baker will keep the User's information may vary according to the use or purpose attached to the information. Unless there is a specific legal requirement requiring Yum Baker to keep the User's information, Yum Baker will not keep it for longer than necessary for the purpose for which the information was collected or for which it is to be processed.

           The Yum Baker Website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that Yum Baker transfers to the User's computer hard             drive to store information from the User's internet browser. They are required for the optimal functioning of the Yum                 Baker Website and enable Yum Baker to improve the functionality, interactivity and enhance the User’s experience of                 the Yum Baker Website. The User can choose to disable the functioning of all or some of the cookies on the Yum Baker             Website at any time, bearing in mind that this might affect the proper functioning of the Yum Baker Website.
